ERE's first mural projects were generously supported by GRP Pan Mine, the Nevada Arts Council, and revenue from various ERE fundraisers.
Erik Burke's concept includes a lone pinion pine, a pinion pine in the charcoal oven, and the oven itself, silver ore and a close up of a bar of Nevada silver, and the E & P Engine #4 used to haul ore from Eureka to the station in Palisade!
Artist Nick D'Auria based his silhouette on fifth generation Eurekan Mark Damele.
